This
project is an update on the schematic maps which have been displayed at
Kuala Lumpur bus stops these past few years. These maps comprise the KL
City Centre and wider Klang Valley maps, the latter stretching from Selayang
in the north to Balakong in the south, and from Ampang in the west all
the way westward to Subang Jaya. Building
on from the previous Peta Tren & Bas Kuala Lumpur, this map shows
public transport users where to alight from their train or bus to transfer
to which train or bus in order to complete their journey. Apart from
route information, bus fares, operating hours and frequencies are clearly
stated on top of each map, to make sure you plan your journey ahead
and never miss the last bus home.
Initially planned to be released in 2006, its printing was delayed due
to the bus
network revamp of Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras (RapidKL),
Kuala Lumpur’s current main public transport provider, in the
same year.
